Hi Kelly. Thanks for the interest in the app. It has taken some time but an update is currently being worked on. More news to come soon!

Needs to be able to upload and record video also not just photos

I love the app. If you could write descriptive feedback on the photo evidence or a notes section in the outcomes completed section that would really make it a one app fits all ( my needs anyway) possible?
